Your initial consultation is the foundation of your naturopathic care. Together, we’ll take a deep dive into your health history, current symptoms, emotional wellbeing, and lifestyle factors to understand the underlying patterns affecting your health. This session allows time for in-depth discussion and assessment, so we can uncover the root causes, not just the symptoms, of imbalance.

Following your consultation, you’ll receive a personalised treatment plan designed to help you restore balance, energy, and resilience. This may include:

• A customised herbal and/or nutritional prescription (product costs not included)

• Dietary and lifestyle recommendations tailored to your specific needs

• Suggestions for functional testing (if appropriate) to further guide your treatment

This appointment sets the stage for long-term transformation - bringing clarity, understanding, and a clear pathway forward for your health journey.

Acute Consultation

$100

30-45minutes

(Available in person or via Telehealth)

An acute consultation focus on an acute health issue such as colds, flu, sore throat, allergy etc.

In this session we can create a targeted treatment for the issue, most often using a herbal tincture or nutritional/ herbal product. 

This is a great option for when you need some support quickly, to help you get you back in your feet and feeling great as soon as possible.

Follow-Up Consultation

Follow-up sessions are designed to keep you supported and on track. During these reviews, we’ll discuss your progress, challenges, and improvements, ensuring your treatment plan evolves with you. Your herbal or nutritional prescription may be adjusted, and new strategies may be introduced to reflect your body’s changing needs.

These consultations are an essential part of naturopathic care- providing space to celebrate wins, address setbacks, and continue moving toward your long-term health goals with expert support and accountability.
